When people think of Kühne, they often think of pickles. But our roots lie in vinegar production, dating back to 1722. Today, we continuously refine our processes to make vinegar even more efficient. As the first company ever, we increased the acidity of naturally produced spirit vinegar from 22% to 24%. This innovation reduces storage and transport costs while protecting the environment, which is a clear advantage for you.
