Kressi Full- Flavoured Herb Vinegar is a naturally fermented seasoned vinegar that has been specially developed for use in restaurants, commercial kitchens, and communal catering. The balanced blend of 2/3 spirit vinegar and 1/3 white wine vinegar provides a mild acidity of 5%, complemented by a finely balanced herbal and spicy note. Refined with salt, herb and spice extracts and glutamate, this vinegar offers a full-bodied, spicy taste experience that is ideal for preparing salads, marinades, sauces and many other dishes.
